Child Care Subsidy Program

Summary: The IRS requires a Vendor to administer the IRS’ Child Care Subsidy Program (CCSP) to include all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, services and processes to manage and administer the child care providers covered by the IRS CCSP. The IRS will implement the CCSP to eligible employees. This program is authorized by 40 USC 590(g) (Public Law 107-67, Section 630) which permits federal agencies to assist their lower income employees with the costs of childcare.
