Summary: The Department of State, Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), Resource Management Directorate, Office of the Executive Director, Management Support Division (MSD), requires Travel and Financial Systems Services and Support in the Washington, DC area. MSD is responsible for overall management and support of the travel program for the OBO Bureau. The OBO travel program is a multi-million-dollar program which supports over 5,000, predominantly overseas, travel actions per month. Guest Speakers Support for EWTGLANT

Summary: Please see the solicitation in the attachments. Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Atlantic (EWTGLANT) conducts training and instruction in the doctrine, tactics, and techniques of Naval expeditionary warfare, with an additional focus on warfare in the information environment , in order to support operational commanders in maintaining forces ready to project military power from the sea. EWTGLANT requires Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who can present students with the U.S. perspective relative to Military Engagement, Security Assistance, and Limited Contingency Operations and interaction between the Department of State (DOS) and Department of Defense (DOD) personnel. EWTGLANT also requires SMEs who can mentor Amphibious Readiness Group (ARG)/Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) Commanders and staff on amphibious planning considerations/techniques in order to facilitate integration and preparation for subsequent operations while deployed.
