Summary: The Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), is issuing this competitive Request for Quote (RFQ) on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes for Health (NIH), National Institute on Aging (NIA) for the purpose of entering into a task order for the project entitled, “Linkage, Review, and Cloud Support Services for NIA Studies.” AQD anticipates awarding a task order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.405-2 to eligible General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) holders under GSA MAS, Category 54151S for “Information Technology Professional Services.” The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this task order is 541519, “Other Computer-Related Services,” which has a small business size standard of $30 million. This solicitation is not set-aside for small businesses. GSA schedule holders under GSA MAS Category 54151S are eligible to compete for the task order. SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS: Any questions regarding this RFQ must be delivered via email to Christina_Williams@ibc.doi.gov and Samantha_Hartman@ibc.doi.gov no later than 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July 12, 2021. Please be advised that the Government reserves the right to transmit those questions and answers of a common interest to all prospective Offerors. All questions with the Government’s responses will be issued as an amendment to this RFQ and posted to the GSA eBuy site. Should any request for clarification be received after the date stated above, the Government reserves the right not to provide an answer. If, however, in the Government’s opinion, the request for clarification cites an issue of significant importance, the Government may provide written responses to all vendors. Questions and comments will not be protected by the Government as proprietary. Prospective Offerors are prohibited from contacting the government technical personnel in regard to this RFQ prior to award of this procurement. If such a contact occurs and is found to be prejudicial to competing vendors, the vendor making such a contact may be excluded from award consideration. Accordingly, all communications prior to award must be directed to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist named herein. QUOTATION DUE DATE AND METHOD OF DELIVERY: Quotations submitted in response to this RFQ shall be received by the due date and time established herein. Please be advised that it is the offeror’s responsibility to ensure the Government receives your submission on or before the specified due date. Any submissions received after the date and time specified herein will NOT be considered for award.
