Summary: Please reference the attachments and provide a single firm-fixed price for the required services. Evaluation for this requirement will be lowest price technically acceptable criteria with the technical acceptability based on the Offeror providing written proof of being an authorized SAS Institute service provider and a technical proposal that sufficiently describes how they will meet the requirements of the Statement of Work. Acceptability is also defined as agreement to comply with the Section 508 standards and additional agency specific accessibility requirements as identified in Section C-19 of the solicitation by submission of the completed certification statement. Pursuant to FAR 8.4, SSA respectfully requests pricing discounts whenever possible.
