Summary: This is a sources sought announcement; a market survey for information only to be used for preliminary planning purposes. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this request including interested small business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests. All interested parties should respond. The 145th Airlift Wing intends to issue a solicitation and award a firm-fixed price contract for various conference room audio/visual upgrades in 5 rooms (4 in Charlotte, NC location and 1 in New London, NC location). This includes but is not limited to touch panels, speakers, microphones, television displays (no-WiFi/RF), projectors, USB camera systems, as well as all system connections. USB video conferencing system will be compatible with Microsoft Teams, DISA DCS, DISA Vidyo, and ZoomGov. Vendors should be familiar with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC), and Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) Approved Product List (APL). All installed equipment to be TAA compliant and any installed equipment that will connect to the DoD network will be listed in the DISA APL. A site visit will be held, information will be included in RFQ when posted. All interested parties will provide this office the attached “Sources Sought Information Request Form” along with a capabilities statement. Summary: 204th Intel Squadron requires purchase of parts and installation of a video teleconference (VTC) system. Project shall be turn-key. Please review the following attachments for a complete SOW and additional information on this request. Attachment 1 – GSA Services Instructions Attachment 2 Provisions and Clauses Attachment 3 – PWS AT Statement Attachment 4 – Appendix 4 Attachment 5 – SOW VTC Quotes will be evaluated on technical capability, past performance, and price. Technical capability and past performance will both be equal to price. Technical capability and past performance will be rated as ‘acceptable’ or ‘unacceptable’. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT – The site visit will be conducted on 23 June 2021 at 1:30pm local time for the purposes of allowing contractors to view the work site and answering questions regarding this RFQ. This visit will be held at 3390 Wonnacott Ave, JB, MDL, NJ 08641. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit. – Information provided at this site visit shall not change the terms and conditions of the RFQ. – Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this conference and site visit. The furnishing of the above information is voluntary; however, your failure to furnish all or part of the requested information may result in the Government’s denial of your access to the site visit.
