Summary: The Secretary of the Air Force Office of Chief Information Officer (SAF/CN) requires full time support to provide continued development and sustainment of the ITIPS system. Services required include transition tasks to a new cloud hosted enterprise IT service management platform (ServiceNow), sustainment of all ITIPS functions (Oracle Portfolio), providing ITIPS Help Desk support, and ITIPS configuration management. Additional optional tasks include training, adding additional system capabilities and migration to another enterprise IT management solution, if required. The base period is for one year from the date of award and has 4 one-year options. Please see the attached RFP and its attachments.
