Summary: This requirement is to provide experienced, reliable, professional, and specialized expertise to support development and execution of the Force Development Commander’s (FD/CC) mission. The FD/CC’s mission is to execute the long-range strategic development of Total Force Airmen (Guard, Reserve, Active Duty, and Civilian) through a deliberate process that combines education, training, and experiences to produce the right expertise and competencies to meet the Air Force’s operational needs.
